JP did an incredible job assisting us through what was at first a rollercoaster of a buying process. But JP made us feel like were were friends/family and that he had our best interest in mind. I’ve worked with Mario in the past and I’ve worked with Jay from MG Group this time around while I sold both of my condos with no outdoor space in a slow condo market. My condo sold in one week and my rental sold in 3. My condo had a very challenging agent/buyer. Jay managed her very well and got the deal done quickly, so I didn’t pay for an empty condo. Same for my rental. He managed working showings through my tenant who had a lot of appts at home, and managed to get it sold again so I didn’t pay for a day without a tenant. They all worked together to do great work!

Only change is I probably chosen a different attorney. The second closing he was on vacation and didn’t even tell me. The first closing he got really snotty with me over something that was his responsibility. Not a big fan.

I would highly recommend Alice and the entire MG Group, as they were great to work with during my home selling process. While the market was softening a bit during the time I went to list (Fall 2018), we still went under contract to sell within two weeks of listing, and at a sale price that was at the top end of my desired range.
